CAS and Food Justice

THE MAX ALTERNATIVE

Senior, Max Lardschneider created a CAS project to promote the issue of food justice. "I started it as my CAS project but also as a way to share things I’ve learned and tried living with food allergies, I know it can be isolating but with this platform I hope to spread knowledge while also doing something I love to do, cooking."

Check out the Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/themax_alternative/

Join in the challenge: Make a dish or find a product that is egg, dairy, nuts soy free and either send it to mlardschneider@brooklynfriends.org or post it to your instagram and tag @themax_alternative.

Desserts

I got these from my mom's friend who is an amazing chef and they have been the only thing helping me through the quarantine. Seriously, try them, they are so easy and will not disappoint.
